1) Purpose and Audience

OverEdu provides webpages and materials primarily designed as teacher/parent-guided instructional aids. Our pages are not intended for unsupervised child use.

2) Acceptable Use

Use the site in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
Do not attempt to circumvent security, interfere with service, or scrape at scale without permission.
Do not upload or share illegal, infringing, or harmful content through any interactive feature (if present).
Where interactive demos exist, they are intended for adult-led instruction. Do not misrepresent them as child-directed services.

3) No Child Accounts; No Child PI Collection

We do not offer accounts to children and do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Adults must supervise any child’s viewing of these materials.

4) Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, code, logos, and design elements, is owned by OverEdu or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise stated:

You may view and use the materials for classroom or home instruction led by a teacher or parent.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

5) Third-Party Services and Links

The site may link to or embed third-party resources (e.g., videos, fonts, CDNs). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

6) Disclaimers

Educational Nature: Materials are provided for educational purposes “as is”.
No Warranty: We make no warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OverEdu and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from or related to your use of the site.

8) Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time, posting the new effective date above.

9) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Unless otherwise required by law, disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Korea (e.g., Seoul courts).
